🌙 Daily Pillow Thoughts #3 — Another Night in the Jianghu (And Zero Sleep)

Welp, ended another wonderful day gliding through the skies of the Jianghu.
It’s 1:30 AM as I’m writing this, which means—yep—another night where I go to work in three hours with zero sleep. It’s gonna be a mind-numbing day, but honestly? Totally worth it.

I tackled the first boss of the new 10-man raid in Where Winds Meet, and man, that fight is clean. Loved it. The second boss though? Yeah… that one humbled us. My friends and the randoms we matched with kept getting so close, yet somehow still miles away. Next time though… hopefully.

Kinda wish I didn’t have to stay at work last night. If I’d been free, I could’ve enjoyed the raid blind with everyone else on Sunday. There’s something special about being part of the “first clear” hype when the whole community is diving in together.

Anyway—decided to try Fan and Umbrella DPS tonight.
And wow… they feel amazing. Smooth, stylish, and fun. Although, let’s be honest—I kinda like every weapon in this game. Hopefully I’ll find “the one” soon, but I’m glad Where Winds Meet doesn’t punish indecisive gamers like me.

Oh, and on the mobile side, I tried out Bleach: Soul Resonance. Combat feels really good so far, and as a Bleach fan, seeing a new game drop in 2025 is wild. I already know the pulls are going to emotionally devastate me, but hey—that’s the gacha lifestyle.

Alright, time to pretend I’m going to sleep.
(We all know I probably won’t.)
