I swear I logged into Where Winds Meet tonight just to wander around a bit.
You know — admire the scenery, pet a cat, maybe climb a random mountain like a responsible wuxia protagonist.
But nope.
That game had other plans.
First, I spent like 20 minutes trying to perfect my outfit because apparently my character needs to look good even if I’m getting folded by bandits five minutes later.
Then I told myself:
“Just do a quick quest.”
Which turned into:
“Okay maybe two.”
Which turned into:
“Why am I suddenly hunting down an entire clan at 1:46 AM?”
Classic.
Somehow I fell down a full wuxia rabbit hole tonight — drifting around rooftops, fighting dudes who clearly trained harder than me, and getting distracted every two seconds by something shiny in the distance.
And don’t even get me started on the combat.
One minute I feel like a martial arts legend…
Next minute I’m getting cooked by a random NPC with a stick.
The real problem?
The world is way too pretty.
Like bro, I was supposed to go to BED, not be out here gliding across bamboo forests like it’s my second job.
Anyway, it’s late, my character looks majestic, my sleep schedule is in shambles, and I regret nothing.
Alright — brain is fried.
Tomorrow I’ll “take it easy.”
